After years of feeling like I'm allergic to every food under the sun and being afraid of it all, I was just exhausted and frustrated.


I needed help to heal my relationship with food, my health and wellbeing- but I had no idea where to start, so I threw myself into Nutrition study. It’s been 3 years since I started my healing journey and changed my mindset around food.
